The domain of the Association includes all buildings and properties located west of Narrow Lane Road, north of Fairview Avenue, east of Norman Bridge Road, and south of Felder Avenue. It includes those properties fronting Felder Avenue and Cloverdale Road.

Purpose of the the Old Cloverdale Association

  • Act as a community forum for ideas and information from representatives and officers serving the neighborhood.
  • Promote awareness and security.
  • Initiate public works projects such as the successful pursuit of an Historic Designation for the neighborhood, and the installation by the City of a drinking fountain in the park.
  • Act as a unified voice in zoning hearings to prevent improper development.
  • Provide a quarterly newsletter.
  • Provide social events including a fall and spring picnic, and a holiday gathering for the tree lighting.
